By having student-led worship, we are able to simultaneously invest in students that are called to serve God with their musical talents, as well as encourage students in the audience to worship in an authentic way. There is both a middle and high school Praise Band led by our Theatre Arts director.
By empowering our students to lead in Praise Band, we desire for them to embody the characteristics shown in 1 Timothy 4:12 which states, "Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity, show yourself as an example of those who believe." We believe God has equipped each of our students with gifts that can serve the Kingdom and serve others, and we strive to create a place where they can safely live those gifts out, no matter their age!
