Lion Pride at SACS

Lion Pride

One of the most significant ways to experience the SACS community is to attend an athletic event on campus. Our Friday Night Lights football games right in the heart of our campus are an experience like no other. Families flood our campus well before the games begin, enjoying tailgate parties and the most family-friendly, safe environment you can imagine. Parents, students, alumni, and the littlest of lions enjoy rallying together when the Lions take the field, whether that is football, soccer, baseball, softball, track and field, or cross country. The high school students provide unified support for all our athletic teams, including filling the gym bleachers for basketball and volleyball games. We invite you to a game to come ROAR with us

School Retreats

High School Retreat

Our after school programs are designed to provide a positive social-emotional atmosphere for elementary children. The focus is to support and encourage success in all aspects of their development. With a skilled team of teachers and caregivers, students are provided with indoor and outdoor activities, nutritional snacks and homework assistance.

The SACS after school programs extend the school day in a fun, nurturing atmosphere. Students may enroll in art programs, the Roaring Recorder ensemble, various hands-on science programs, French club, Spanish Club, American Heritage Girls, and other active programs involving mat ball and gaga ball.

4-H Club

Our SACS 4-H club is a thriving club that prepares students for a lifetime of leadership, personal growth, and empowerment through hands-on experience. Students learn life skills such as public speaking, time management, and responsibility by leading projects in many areas. We offer an array of projects to choose from such as riflery, baking, archery, gardening, raising market goats and lambs, and poultry.  Students will learn compassion, ability to work well with others, and develop resilience all with the guidance of adult mentors who provide a positive and engaging experience.

Band at SACS

Here at SACS, we have an excellent Band program that can compete with anyone in the state. Our Band Director, David Eskridge, has transformed our program into a show you don't want to miss.

Our band program includes the Lion Pride Band, which performs at our athletic events and pep rallies on campus. We also have our SACS Jazz band that performs in several concerts every year led by David Eskridge.

What Students Say

Karis Nietz

SACS Graduate

“I love that the teachers and faculty encouraged me to live up to my full potential and truly care about my wellbeing. For the past twelve years at SACS, I have enjoyed every moment as a part of this amazing, welcoming community. At SACS, I received an excellent education, I improved as an athlete, and the environment helped me grow my faith.”

Elhanan Tariku

High School Student

"The best part of going to SACS is that it's a Christian school. We know God, we spend time with Him each and every day. I can talk about Him, I don't have to be afraid. I can just talk about experiences. We can help each other and glorify God."

Emerson Blair

SACS Graduate

"My experience as a Lion can be most characterized through the word 'community.' Through my SACS education, I have been empowered to understand and turn to Scripture to make it the foundation of my life, as well as rely on those around me to build me up in my faith. To me, the genuine relationships with peers and teachers are what makes a SACS education so ...
