All Families
Parent Parking Tags: Be sure your family has picked up your parent car tags in the Welcome Center before the first day of school. You’ll need to provide your vehicle make, model, color, and license plate. The first two car tags are complimentary. Additional can be purchased for $10 each.
Guardhouse Update: The new state-of-the-art guardhouse is so close to completion! The contractors are working on installing the stone to the outside and putting on the finishing touches. It is going to be such a wonderful addition to our campus.
New Dining Service Provider: As we shared a week ago, we are excited that FLIK Hospitality is our new dining partner. In case you missed it, CLICK HERE to read the introductory email shared with families last week. FLIK will be on campus during ES Meet the Teacher on Monday so feel free to stop by and ask them any questions. Please note: all families will receive an email on Monday, August 10th from ‘My Kids Spending’ with instructions on setting up your dining account, how to add funds, and how to view menus.
Mandatory Annual Magnus Health Forms due before first day of school – be sure to log into your Magnus Health account from the FACTS Family Portal to review and update your students’ information and complete or upload any required forms. Don’t forget the last question about transportation and upload any recent vaccine records. Accessing Magnus: Log in to your FACTS Family Portal, select Student from the menu on the left, click Medical. If you are having difficulty navigating the system, please contact customer support at Magnus Health at (919) 502-7689.

Elementary School
First Day of School! We are so excited to welcome our elementary students back to campus on Wednesday, August 12th. See you then!
PTF Back-to-school picnic: Friday, August 14th from 5:00-6:30pm on the ES playground. There will be food, drinks, ice cream, dunking booth, water games, bouncy house, obstacle course, face-painting, and more! Pre-purchase ticket bundles HERE.
Parent and Guest Visits: Friendly reminder that there is a two-week moratorium on parent/guest visits to the ES campus. We are busy building relationships and solidifying routines. Guests are welcome starting Friday, September 4th for our first Family Friday lunch featuring Chick-fil-A.
Grandparents Day: Save the date for Grandparents Day on Friday September 11th. Elementary students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM. CLICK HERE to register.
Absences: If your student is absent, email the ES office at esoffice@sachristian.org with your student’s name and teacher. If absence is due to illness, please copy the ES nurses at esnurse@sachristian.org.

MS Locker Set-Up. We can’t wait to welcome our returning 7th-8th graders back to set up their locker from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM on Tuesday, August 11th.
High School Substance Screenings. Required substance screenings and access card/parking pass pick-up will take place on August 11th and 12th. See below for details:

Season Opening Scrimmage and Fields of Faith: The first Friday night of the school year brings back a time of community, faith, and football through our season opening scrimmage and Fields of Faith. See below for the schedule:
–5:00 PM: MS Athletic Meeting in the SLC
–6:15 PM: Meet the Lions prior to their season opening scrimmage against John Paul II.
–7:00 PM: Scrimmage vs. John Paull II at Hotchkiss Field
–8:00-8:45 PM: Fields of Faith

Athletics
MS Athletic Meeting: Any parents of middle schoolers planning on participating in a sport during the 2026-2027 are required to attend the MS Athletic Meeting, taking place in the SLC on Friday, August 14th at 5:00 PM.
