Leading Christian Education in San Antonio Since 1972

...Fostering a Life of Faith and Service

What Makes SACS Different?

Your children will experience a school community like no other at San Antonio Christian School. Through a combination of called and caring teachers, active family involvement and school spirit, the SACS experience is Boldly Christian and Undeniably Academic. With a rich history of academic, spiritual, and athletic excellence, our students excel beyond our walls. Our families value the foundation upon which our school was founded and remain committed to providing the exceptional SACS experience for future generations.

Our Story

Wondering if we are a fit for your family?

Our beautiful, safe, and secure campus makes parents feel comfortable when leaving their children in our care. Armed security personnel are ready to respond at a moment’s notice to any perceived threat.

We are a community of Christ-followers strongly connected by our common faith. The SACS community responds to life’s setbacks and celebrations like a close-knit family. We enjoy doing life together.

We look to Christ to be the source of our eternal hope and the model by which we pattern our lives. Our teachers are the “living curriculum” that makes the most significant impact on students’ lives.

SACS is committed to an athletic program that first and foremost builds Christian character.  Character that not only shows itself worthy of Christ when tested in competition, but character that shows itself worthy of Christ when tested in life.

People say the nicest things

Jay & Kim Gerber

In a world that feels at times dark and hopeless, SACS has provided a refuge of hope and light for our family. We are equally confident that the truth of Jesus and His word are being proclaimed daily and that our children are receiving the very best education.

Chris & Shonda Stevenson

We feel, at times, SACS chose us. To us, the combination of environment, academics, school size and connectivity makes SACS unique. I feel like we are investing in our girls' future with seeds of faith, a heart for service and a knowledge of the Word. That is something that can never be taken away from them.

John and Tiffany Moake

We recently recognized that teaching kindness and goodness in school, without connecting the dots back to our Lord and Savior, is not enough.  We work to position God first in our lives, in the way we work, play and treat others; and by attending SACS, our son has had the ability to place GOD at the center of his education, where He belongs.

Greg & Ginger Bates

We have a senior & sophomore at SACS. From the beginning we have loved the fellowship among the families, the lasting friendships our kids have made and the small town feel of the school.  The staff is amazing & they really pour their hearts into our kids.

Parents and Alumni

SACS teachers just LOVE our kids and I honestly think they love us as parents also! They go above and beyond their role as teachers to act as counselors, leaders, caretakers, advocates, servants, and role models. They are providing an education while also nurturing souls and pointing kids to Christ in every way.

Parents and Alumni

As SACS Alumni, we were very excited to have our oldest daughter enroll in Kindergarten. We both have fond memories of the SACS traditions and the faculty that feel like family. SACS feels like home, and we are thrilled to share it with our girls.

Luke and Sara Parish

We chose SACS because we believe in the eternal value of a solid Christian education.  The SACS community has a special small-town feel, and whenever we are on campus it just feels like home.  SACS truly is a family, and it continues to be a blessing to us as parents and to our 3 children.
