All Families
School Holiday Reminder: SACS will be closed on Monday, November 9, in observance of Veterans Day.
Veterans Day Program: On Tuesday, November 10, the secondary school is hosting a special Veterans Day assembly and extending an invitation to our parents that are currently serving or have served our amazing country. It will be held in the SLC at 10:00 AM and should last approximately 45 minutes. If you will attend, please RSVP HERE so we can provide a special seating area for you near the front of the auditorium. All of our 5th-12th grade students will attend.
Guard Tower Update: We are in the final stages of construction! Once we receive the Certificate of Occupancy, our security guards will be moving in. We are hoping to receive this final approval in the coming days.
Parent Pulse Survey: Our annual parent survey will begin this weekend. Each parent will receive an email from ‘Parent Pulse’ with a link to complete the survey sometime over the 90-day survey cycle. We appreciate you taking time to provide your feedback!
Upcoming Preview Days: do you know a family that would like to learn more about our school? Share our upcoming preview days with them where they can visit a classroom, meet administrators and teachers, and experience firsthand what makes our community so special. PreK/Kinder: December 4; ES: December 2; MS/HS: November 17. Registration links are on our website under Admissions.
Our Children’s Hunger Fund Food Drive will run through Friday, November 13. Please click HERE to see what each grade level is collecting. Each grade that meets their collection goal will receive spirit civvies the week of November 30th. On the final day, every Prek-12th grade student will participate by helping pack the food boxes.

Elementary School
Sign-ups for Christmas on Mane performance: Christmas will be here before we know it and preparations for our annual celebration, Christmas on Mane, are in full swing here in the elementary school! In order for Mrs. Nichols to plan for stage space, potential solos, and supplies, we need to know how many students plan to participate in the program. All students will have the opportunity to learn the songs used in the performance in their regularly scheduled music classes during the academic school day; however, only students whose parents submit this form will be allowed on stage. Deadline to register is Sunday, November 8th. Click on the grade level to register: PreK-Kinder registration; 1st-2nd registration; 3rd registration; 4th-5th registration.
Recess: We will go outside for recess if the temperature is above the weather app descriptor of “feels like” 40 degrees or above. With cold weather, we require the students to wear their jackets outside. However, if they warm up, they may take it off. If your child forgets their jacket, we may have an extra to loan them, but we will still go outside.
Absences: If your student is absent, email the ES office at esoffice@sachristian.org with your student’s name and teacher. If absence is due to illness, please copy the ES nurses at esnurse@sachristian.org.
Secondary School
MS Father & Child Social at Main Event: Our first MS social of the year is Friday, November 13 at 5:00 PM! The cost is $25 per person and includes arcade games, bowling, and dinner. If Dad isn’t available, grandpas, uncles, or even one of our SACS MS male teachers are welcome to stand in. Registration and payment are found HERE.
Parents of 9th and 10th grade students: College and Career meeting for parents on November 11 at 5:30 PM in the ARCC (F Building).
Parents of 11th grade students: College and Career meeting for parents on November 12 at 5:30 PM in the ARCC (F Building).
HS PSAT/SAT scores are available. They will be posted on the student’s College Board account. Students must log in to their College Board account to see scores.
