My Story
I’ve been married to my husband, Steven, since 1998, and we have two grown children—Aubrie, a SACS alumna (Class of 2020) who now teaches fifth grade at SACS, and Connor, who is pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity at UTSA. I earned my bachelor’s degree in education from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University. After more than 20 years of teaching grades 3–5 and serving as the instructional liaison for the elementary school, I now support the academic program at SACS as the Registrar/Curriculum Assistant, coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of student records and schedules, and assisting with curriculum development and implementation.

What do you love most about teaching, coaching, or working at SACS?
I am continually inspired by the supportive community of coworkers who encourage one another in faith and excellence. It’s a joy to partner with my coworkers in teaching children about God’s Word and helping them grow academically and spiritually. Being part of a school that prioritizes Christ-centered education and fosters a loving, faith-filled environment is a true blessing.
