All Families
Summer Campus Office Hours:
May 26 – July 31 (8am-3pm Monday-Thursday; 8am-noon Friday). Regular office hours of 7:30am-4PM resume August 3rd.
School Offices will be closed May 25, June 18, June 26, July 2-3, and July 24 and closed on the weekends throughout the summer except for previously scheduled rentals.
Summer Lion Shoppe Hours:
July 6 – July 31: 8am – 3pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-noon Friday (regular hours resume Aug 3rd). CLICK HERE for a printable flyer.

Report Cards: The link to view end of year report cards will be emailed to families on Wednesday, May 27.
Early Bird and Tax-Free shopping at the Lion Shoppe – 20% off new uniform purchases from June 23-25 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and Tax-Free Day is August 7th!
Lost and Found: Be sure to stop by the Lion Shoppe’s lost and found by May 22nd. Anything not picked up will be donated.

Elementary School
Summer Required Reading: Click HERE to view the required reading list for incoming 2nd – 5th grade students.
Afterschool Care 2026-2027- Registration Deadline: July 31, 2026. NEW Registration is REQUIRED each school year, even if your student is enrolled this year. Click HERE to read through the Afterschool Care Guidelines. Please click HERE to register your student.
Elementary School Supplies for 2026-27 – Supply kits will be delivered directly to the school. CLICK HERE to order. School ID: SAN074 (3 letters/3 numbers). Order Deadline: June 14th. NOTE: Bibles, Bible tabs (1st grade) and backpacks are NOT included in online orders and must be purchased separately. No late orders will be accepted. If you choose to purchase school supplies on your own, you can CLICK HERE to view the supply lists.

Secondary School
Incoming 6th Grade Families: CLICK HERE for the tablet requirements, drop off information, tablet orientation dates. Please submit devices by June 15th in Student Services to ensure we have sufficient time to configure each tablet for orientation and the start of school. Reach out to David Hoeft with any questions.
Middle School – mark your calendars: End of summer social at Airtopia, Thursday, August 6th from 10:00 AM – noon. More details shared soon.
High School Transcripts: HS Graduates will pick up their final HS transcript on Wed, May 20 in the Guidance office. Graduates taking an AP exam on Thurs, May 21 will pick up their final HS transcript after the exam.
High school volunteers are needed to help with this year’s summer camps here on campus. This is a great way to take care of volunteer hours. Students are needed to greet and play with the little kids in the morning and drop off, help pass out snacks, and other items. Mrs. Cowan is compiling the calendar now, so please contact her to volunteer. The hours are VERY flexible.
High School – mark your calendars: Substance screening for high school students will be held August 11th and 12th on campus. More details on specific days and times by grade will be shared soon.

Athletics
Summer HS Volleyball Varsity Team Camp is July 20–22 – $125. Varsity-level camp with Coach Dub focused on advanced skills, position training, competition, and game play. Schedule: Mon–Tue: 9:00–11:00 AM & 1:00–3:00 PM, Wed: 9:00–11:00 AM only. All current SACS volleyball athletes, incoming freshmen, and transfer athletes interested in playing are encouraged to attend. Register HERE. Early registration closes June 30. Final registration closes July 18.
Godwin Summer Tennis Academy: CLICK HERE to learn more. There are 10 weekly sessions. Choose from beginner, intermediate, and varsity level classes.
