  • You should have received an email this week from FACTS regarding your 2024-2025 tuition and payment plan. If you did not receive it, please call the Student Billing office at 210-340-1864 ext. 506 or email lherrera@sachristian.org.

  • You should have received an email on Thursday, April 18th which included a Parent Survey. Please take a few minutes this weekend to complete it. Your feedback is important to us!

  • Family Service Opportunity! SACS will be providing a Fiesta meal for the residents of the Transitional Living and Learning Center at SAMMinistries. Families can sign up to donate food items on April 24th at the Elementary School and/or to serve the dinner that evening. CLICK HERE for more details and to sign up.   • Summer at SACS:  Fun and engaging camps for all ages and interests.  Summer camps and courses may be registered and paid for online by clicking either the course title OR the individual week/session if applicable within the course description.   • We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and collaborative advancement professional to serve as our Chief Strategic Advancement Officer. This person will be responsible for advancing our strategic plan by aligning the activities and messaging of the development, marketing, communications, and alumni departments. Elementary School

  • ERB Assessments will take place Tuesday, April 23rd - Thursday, April 25th for 2nd–5th grade students. Please ensure your student(s) get a good night’s sleep, eats a protein filled breakfast, and arrives on time!  If your child/ren will be absent during this time frame, please communicate with the ES office. Please avoid picking your student up between the hours of 8am and 12pm as this will disrupt the testing environment.  We ask that all parent volunteers with plans to help during these days do so during the afternoon hours.  Thank you!

  • Last Family Friday Lunch, Friday, May 3rd.  CLICK HERE to reserve lunch for your student and for any adults attending. Link closes Monday, April 29th at 11:59pm. Funds are pulled from the student's lunch account and no refunds are offered. Please place your lunch order with the FIRST/YOUNGEST student you will be eating with. Lunch is only available to those who pre-purchase a meal. Menu includes:  Pickle brine fried chicken sandwich, house made BBQ potato chips, fresh fruit cup, and chocolate chip brownie.
  • ALSO, on Friday, May 3rd - Third Annual 5th grade Entrepreneurial Fair! Plan to come and shop merchandise made and marketed by our fifth graders. Students have focused on making gifts for Mother's Day, ranging from body scrubs to candles, baked goods, and more! Grades Kinder through 5th grade will have a designated shopping time and parents are encouraged to come and shop between 9am and 11:30am.  Please send your students with cash (small bills appreciated!) This event will be the same day as Family Friday Lunch, so feel free to come and shop and then eat lunch with your student! 

  • Fifth Graders, Mark your calendars! As we celebrate your 5th grader's last year in elementary school, we are excitedly looking forward to the beloved tradition of hosting a Mat Ball tournament on Tuesday, May 14th from 3:30-5:30 in the ES gym.  Cost is $5.00.  CLICK HERE to register your child!  Link with close on Monday, May 6th 

  •  Save the date: May 2nd at 8:30am- Incoming 3rd-5th grade parents come hear Mrs. Womack talk about the expectations for the big kid hallway.

Secondary School 

  • Junior Retreat is May 21 - May 23. We still need several parent volunteers. We also need lifeguards for the junior retreat and senior trip. Email jbuck@sachristian.org for more information.
  • 8th grade parents, yearbook dedications are available for purchase by CLICKING HERE. The deadline is May 15th.
  • The SAT will delivered digitally on campus on Tuesday, April 23, to juniors who registered for the test. Juniors who did not register for the SAT will not attend school that day.
  • Reminder: May 2nd is the High School Awards ceremony in the SLC at 8:15am.
  •  Junior/Senior PROM at the Witte Museum on May 9th! Be sure to purchase your ticket by April 26th. CLICK HERE for more details and CLICK HERE to purchase your ticket.

  • Seniors and Senior Parents: Be sure to check out the Senior Finish Line for helpful upcoming dates through graduation!
