Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of school database and web interface
  • Assist in sending out communication to the stakeholders as directed by the office manager
  • Prepare reports for office manager or teachers as requested
  • Assist in scheduling meetings for teachers
  • Support and help maintain and update student files
  • Assist when needed with phones and walk-ins
  • Perform clerical duties for the office
  • Assist in attendance and discipline reports as directed by the office manager

Requirements:


  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • PC proficient with knowledge of standard software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. General working knowledge of spreadsheet software and database entry, email, and working knowledge of the internet.
  • Must be able to multi-task and problem solve.
