Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Enrollment Management team to implement marketing strategy to meet or exceed enrollment/retention goals
  • Partner with our contracted marketing firm to implement and track our enrollment growth goals through an inbound and word of mouth marketing strategy
  • Become knowledgeable in FACTS (school CRM) and proficient in HubSpot (website and CRM) through continuous online and conference training
  • Provide support for the school’s social media marketing presence for all SACS constituents including daily posting and comment monitoring
  • Function as webmaster and web content manager through the HubSpot platform
  • Provide creative support for school publications that will include writing, graphic design, and video
  • Provide writing support for a variety of communications vehicles, including but not limited to website, educational publications, and school-wide email communication
  • Assist with photography/video needs that include photographing subjects or events for daily web features, school events and annual giving pieces
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Enrollment Management as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, graphic design, and /or public relations experience necessary
  • Proficiency in basic video editing software necessary
  • Expertise in a design/publication platform such as Illustrator or InDesign
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms and optimizing traffic
  • Excellent writing, editing and social media management skills
  • Detail-oriented with sensitivity to deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently and collaboratively
  • The successful candidate will be a Christian who has a commitment to Christian education and whose daily walk with Christ is evident in both personal and professional relationships
