Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all prospective parents, primarily through email, phone calls, and text messages
  • Professionally and winsomely represent SACS to prospective families. This includes systematic and efficient processing of applications, communication with parents, securing necessary student documentation, and communicating final admission decisions to families
  • Set up, schedule and administer assessments for student applicants, which involves personal interaction with PK – 1st grade students, and proctoring online assessments for older students
  • Provide immediate response, follow-up, and record keeping of daily admission inquiries
  • Possess a thorough understanding of all aspects of the admissions process, including up-to-date enrollment standing and statistics
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, visits, admission status, enrollment status, wait pools, and other admissions-related documents, generating activity reports for the Director
  • Become proficient in FACTS (school CRM) and HubSpot (website and CRM) through continuous online and conference training
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of all admission and marketing events (open houses, preview days and shadow days), including scheduling campus tours, campus visits and interviews for the Director of Enrollment Management
  • Use independent judgement in handling workflow, with keen ability to constantly prioritize a variety of fluid tasks
  • Research, develop and follow existing processes and/or create and implement new resources that improve timely and efficient workflow


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and closely related administrative support experience; college degree preferred
  • Database management and statistics experience necessary; Experience in private school admissions preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite required; HubSpot, Canva, and Zoom experience a plus
  • Friendly and detail-minded with a proven track record as a flexible individual with good interpersonal skills and excellent computer skills
  • Ideal candidates will be patient and self-motivated, have a positive, approachable demeanor, able to multi-task and easily prioritize a variety of tasks
